Return & Refund Policy

At BDMart Decor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please read our Return & Refund Policy below to understand how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You may return most new, unopened items within 25 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Opened bedding or pillows for hygiene reasons
  • Plants, artificial or real, unless defective

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team  within 25 days of receiving your item.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. We will send you instructions for returning the product and provide a return shipping label (if applicable).

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).

5. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will process the exchange, subject to product availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund based on your preference.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. BDMart Decor is not responsible for lost return shipments.
